Welcome to TrybePay (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flowwithtrybe website, mobile application, and related payment services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using TrybePay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About FlowWithTrybe

Flowwithtrybe is a digital platform that enables users to send and receive cross-border payments securely and efficiently. We are a payment technology company — not a bank — and we work with licensed financial institutions and partners to facilitate transactions.

2. Eligibility

To use F, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • Provide accurate and verifiable personal and financial information.

By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is true and complete.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most of TrybePay’s features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activity under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

TrybePay is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Flowwithtrybe only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

  • Applicable financial laws and regulations;
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;
  • Our platform rules and policies.

You may not use Flowwithtrybe to:

  • Commit fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
  • Violate sanctions, export, or trade restrictions;
  • Misuse the system or interfere with platform operations.

5. Fees and Charges

TrybePay may charge fees for transactions or related services. All applicable fees will be displayed transparently before confirmation of your transaction. You are responsible for any third-party charges (e.g., your bank or mobile operator).

Fees are subject to change, and updates will be communicated on our platform.

6. Transactions and Limits

  • Transactions may be subject to verification, approval, and applicable limits.
  • Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed except in limited cases determined by Flowwithtrybe.
  • TrybePay reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions for compliance or security reasons.

7. Compliance and Verification

To comply with financial regulations, Flowwithtrybe may request identity documents, address verification, or other details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

We may share your information with regulatory authorities or partners when required by law.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, Flowwithtrybe does not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or modify our platform for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons without prior notice.

TrybePay is not liable for losses due to service interruptions, network failures, or delays outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All TrybePay logos, trademarks, designs, and platform content are owned by Flowwithtrybe or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Flowwithtrybe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, delayed transactions, or errors by financial partners.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to stop using them.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws;
  • Provide false information;
  • Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Upon termination, you may lose access to your account, funds pending verification, or related features.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrybePay, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Flowwithtrybe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.
